(NASDAQ: HUT) is a digital infrastructure company headquartered in Miami, transitioning from Bitcoin mining toward large-scale AI data center development through phased Phase 1/2/3 strategy. Hut 8 carved out its legacy Bitcoin mining business into American Bitcoin (NASDAQ: ABTC), and recently secured a 15-year triple-net lease for 352 MW IT capacity at the Beacon Point 1 GW AI data center campus (base-term value $9.8 billion, up to $25.1 billion with renewals), alongside the River Bend 245 MW data center anchored by Fluidstack/Anthropic. In April 2026, Hut 8 closed $3.25 billion of investment-grade senior secured notes (BBB- rated) and refinanced its Bitcoin-backed credit facility with FalconX at a 7% rate.
