Vertiv raised full-year 2026 guidance and recently acquired Strategic Thermal Labs LLC (advanced liquid-cooling specialist) to enhance cold-plate and high-density thermal capabilities for AI compute. Operates under Liebert, NetSure, Geist, E&I, Powerbar, and Avocent brands.
