Constellation Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: CEG) is an independent power producer headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, and the largest U.S. nuclear fleet operator (now also operating the Calpine natural-gas/geothermal fleet acquired in 2026, making Constellation the largest private-sector power producer globally). The company guided to 2026 adjusted operating EPS of $11-12 per share with a ≥20% CAGR base earnings target through 2029, raised the share repurchase authorization to $5 billion, and announced a $5 billion sale of 4.4 GW PJM gas generation to LS Power required by DOJ to resolve Calpine approvals. Constellation is a defining beneficiary of AI data center power demand growth.
