The company guided to 2026 adjusted operating EPS of $11-12 per share with a ≥20% CAGR base earnings target through 2029, raised the share repurchase authorization to $5 billion, and announced a $5 billion sale of 4.4 GW PJM gas generation to LS Power required by DOJ to resolve Calpine approvals. Constellation is a defining beneficiary of AI data center power demand growth.
