GE Vernova Inc. (NYSE: GEV) is a global energy infrastructure company headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, operating Power (gas/nuclear/hydro), Wind (onshore and offshore turbines), and Electrification (grid solutions, power conversion, solar, battery storage) segments. Q1 2026 backlog reached $163 billion (up from $116 billion at spin-off), with the company now expecting to hit $200 billion backlog in 2027 instead of 2028. Q1 orders were $18.3 billion (+71% YoY), Power orders were +59% YoY, and gas turbine shipments rose 32%. 20% of Power demand is now coming from data centers, with adjusted EBITDA margin expanding 390 bps YoY. GE Vernova was spun off from General Electric in April 2024.
