Argo Blockchain PLC (NASDAQ: ARBK) is a Bitcoin mining company operating renewable-energy-powered data centers in Texas (wind and solar) and Quebec (hydroelectric). Argo completed a court-sanctioned restructuring plan in December 2025 that delisted its ordinary shares from the London Stock Exchange (effective 12 December 2025), redeemed its 8.75% senior notes in exchange for ADRs representing newly-issued ordinary shares (with bondholders receiving substantial equity), and now trades exclusively on Nasdaq with a residual JP Jenkins matched-bargain facility. The restructuring repositioned Argo's balance sheet as it continues to operate its sustainability-focused mining footprint.
