DarkHorse Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: DRK), formerly Sphere 3D Corp., is a digital infrastructure company headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, that owns and operates power and data center assets for AI, high-performance computing and Bitcoin mining. It combined with Cathedra Bitcoin in June 2026 and took the DarkHorse name in September 2026. It runs about 50 MW across four data centers in Kentucky and Tennessee, largely hosting Bitdeer miners under revenue-share and co-mining deals, and signed a 50 MW power contract in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, to expand into AI/HPC. It held 20.5 BTC at June 30, 2026.
