Modine Manufacturing Company (NYSE: MOD) is an engineered thermal-management and heat-transfer-systems manufacturer headquartered in Racine, Wisconsin. Modine has announced a planned spin-off of its Performance Technologies segment via a merger with Gentherm (valued at $1 billion / 6.8x trailing EBITDA), leaving Modine as a pure-play diversified climate solutions company focused on data center cooling. Q3 FY2026 sales rose 31% YoY with Climate Solutions sales +51% and data center sales +78%. Modine recently created a dedicated Data Centers segment (effective April 2026, to be reported separately from Q1 FY2027) led by President Art Laszlo, with FY2026 outlook raised to 20-25% sales growth.
