MARA Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: MARA) is one of the largest U.S.-listed Bitcoin miners and is rapidly expanding into AI/HPC infrastructure through a major joint venture with Starwood Digital Ventures expected to deliver more than 1 GW of near-term IT capacity (with a pathway to 2.5 GW), where MARA contributes power-rich sites and Starwood provides hyperscaler relationships and operational capabilities. MARA also closed a 64% acquisition of Exaion (an enterprise-grade AI/HPC and sovereign cloud platform spun out of EDF) and entered a $1.5 billion definitive agreement to acquire Long Ridge Energy (505 MW gas plant + 1+ GW campus expansion potential). The company recently repurchased $1 billion of convertible notes at a 9% discount.
