Q4 2025 revenue surged 547% YoY to $228 million, with annualized run-rate revenue ending 2025 at $1.2 billion. Capacity was sold out in Q3 and Q4 2025, and 2026 capacity is already sold out as well. Nebius secured over 2 GW of power as of February 2026 (on track for 3+ GW by year-end), with Meta's full contracted capacity delivered and Microsoft tranches arriving throughout 2026. The company also operates Toloka AI, TripleTen, and Avride.
