Market Update

Over the last week, around 2/3 of AI infra companies we track posted positive gains, with SHAZ (53.58%), NBIS (47.72%) and SNDK (35.38%) leading top gains. Bitcoin mining Index had 0.4% gain over the last 5 days.

Last week, Riot executed 20-year leases for 191 MW of critical IT load at its Rockdale campus. Together with the existing AMD agreement, these leases bring total contracted capacity to 241 MW and approximately $9.74 billion in committed revenue. While the absolute contracted scale and total revenue are not industry-leading, the economics are among the more attractive in the sector, delivering roughly $2.38 million of annual revenue per MW.
